When it comes to tasty, this sandwich doesn’t know when to call it quits. It’s flavorfully loaded with grilled chicken breast and delicious Wisconsin Gouda and Cheddar — all smothered in hickory smoked BBQ sauce. Your tummy has a new best friend.

COOKING DIRECTIONS

Heat skillet over medium heat. Butter both slices of bread on 1 side. Buttered-side-down, layer 1 slice with Cheddar slices, chicken, red onion, cilantro, BBQ sauce, and Smoked Gouda slices. Place second bread slice on top, buttered-side-up. Preheat skillet; place sandwich in skillet, pressing slightly with backside of spatula. Grill 1-2 minutes or until toasted to your liking. Carefully flip sandwich and continue cooking for an additional 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts. Halve the sandwich to serve.

  • 1 tablespoon (1/2 ounce) butter
  • 2 slices thick-cut Italian-style white bread
  • 2 1-ounce slices Wisconsin Sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup precooked, packaged grilled chicken breast, cut into strips or chunks
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hickory smoked BBQ sauce
  • 2 1-ounce slices Wisconsin Smoked Gouda cheese
