Smooth and spreadable, Wisconsin Port Wine cheese spread is a blend of cheeses from the same variety. It is best served “as is” with fresh vegetables, crackers, and breads. Unlike processed cheese, Wisconsin Port Wine cheese spread is not heat-treated. It is packaged and sold in plastic tubs.
Fruity, similar to Port wine, with Cheddar overtones.
